This page explains what Upleaf Studio Invites stores and why, in plain English.

What we store

Hosts: your email address, your Etsy order number, and the party details you enter (names, date, address, dress code, phone number if you add it).
Guests: the name, number of seats and (optionally) email or mobile number the host enters; your reply, note, dish choice, Secret Santa wish list; photos you upload.
Technical: your IP address is used briefly to stop spam and abuse. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. One cookie keeps hosts signed in.

Each guest link is private and unguessable. Guests see the party details, first names on claimed dishes, their own Secret Santa match and the shared album.
Guests never see other guests’ emails, phone numbers, notes or matches.
Hosts see their own guests’ replies, notes and photos.
Pages are hidden from search engines.

Photos are deleted automatically 90 days after the party.
Hosts can delete their event and all its data at any time in Preview & settings.
To delete your host account or ask what we hold about you, email us.

Cloudflare (hosting, database and photo storage), Resend (sign-in and reminder emails) and Etsy (payments; we never see card details).
